Welcome to Buy & Waqf. This website and the Buy & Waqf program are owned and operated by NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING, a business registered in Malaysia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you (“User”, “Buyer”, or “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies.

1. Business Model and Scope of Service

Buy & Waqf is a specialized e-commerce and fulfillment program managed and executed by NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING.

• Purchase & Preparation: Customers purchase premium physical products (specifically Premium Folding Chair with Rack sets) directly through our online platform.

• Waqf Fulfillment: Upon successful payment, NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING handles the complete logistics chain, including product procurement, plaque customization (personalized name signs), local transport, and physical setup inside selected mosques.

• Commercial Model: You explicitly acknowledge that NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING operates as a commercial entity managing end-to-end supply chain logistics for your convenience. We facilitate the trade, delivery, and placement of waqf items and do not operate as a non-profit NGO or charitable trust.

2. Currency, Pricing, and Payments

• Official Currency: All transactions, pricing, and checkouts on our website are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any conversion displays or references to Pound Sterling (GBP) on the website are for customer convenience and informational purposes only.

• The Customer is solely responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees, bank charges, or international transaction fees levied by their respective card issuers or financial institutions when converting their local currency (such as USD) to MYR during the checkout process.

• Orders will only be placed into our manufacturing and delivery queue once the payment is fully verified and cleared by our financial processors.

3. Mosque Allocation and Destination

• Allocation Rights: To ensure that the contributions provide maximum benefit where they are needed most, the final selection and allocation of the destination mosque will be determined solely by NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING.

• Mosque selection is prioritized based on our internal assessment of which mosques across Malaysia urgently require seating facilities for elderly worshippers. Customers cannot specify, choose, or request custom or external mosque locations outside of our prioritized schedule.

4. Fulfillment Timeline and Full Refund Policy

• Fulfillment Window: NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING commits to a maximum execution and fulfillment timeline of 21 working days from the date of payment confirmation. (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Malaysia).

• Full Refund Condition: If we fail to deliver and install your purchased set at the allocated mosque within the stipulated 21 working days, the Buyer is entitled to request and receive a full 100% refund of the purchase price.

• Refund requests under this condition must be submitted via our official support channels, and approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Personalization and Custom Signage

• For packages featuring a Personalized Chair Rack Sign, the Customer is completely responsible for ensuring that the submitted names, dedications, and spellings are accurate at the time of checkout.

• NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING will print the signs exactly as submitted and will not be liable for typographical mistakes or incorrect information provided by the Customer.

6. Proof of Waqf Fulfillment

• Upon successful delivery and setup at the mosque, NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING will provide the Customer with verifiable, transparent media proof of fulfillment.

• This proof will consist of delivery and installation videos, accompanied by high-quality photographs showing the completed setup on-site at the mosque. This media will be dispatched via the contact channels provided during the purchase (e.g., Email or WhatsApp).

7. Damage in Transit and Installation Liability

• Our Guarantee: NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING assumes full liability for the physical integrity of the products during transit and assembly. Any damages or defects occurring during the delivery and installation phase before the items are officially handed over to the mosque will be fully covered by us.

• Any damaged items identified during our on-site inspection will be replaced by our crew immediately at no additional cost to the Customer.

• Limitation After Handover: Once the sets are fully installed and officially handed over to the mosque authorities, NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING shall not be held responsible for subsequent wear and tear, product misuse, accidents, or physical degradation taking place on the mosque premises.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising from the Buy & Waqf program shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
