Because our operational framework is built specifically for institutional waqf donations rather than traditional consumer retail, items purchased on this platform are delivered directly to mosques instead of residential addresses.
Please review our delivery guidelines below to understand how your contribution is handled, tracked, and fulfilled.
The Buy & Waqf program serves locations across all of Malaysia.
Fulfillment and logistical priority are initially focused throughout Peninsular Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia), with systematic expansion to all states across the country.
There are no hidden delivery fees, shipping surcharges, or assembly costs at checkout.
The package prices listed on our website are fully inclusive of all shipping, transportation, personalization, and physical installation costs inside the allocated mosque.
We ensure transparency by keeping you informed of your purchase journey. The Customer will receive formal notifications at two key operational milestones:
Order Confirmation Notice: Sent immediately via email or your provided contact channel once your secure MYR payment is successfully cleared and processed.
Fulfillment Completion Notice: Sent immediately once the physical sets have been successfully delivered, assembled, and safely placed inside the mosque. This notification will include your verifiable media proof.
Our Delivery Process: Our specialized team coordinates the transit and physical organization of the premium folding chairs and wooden racks on-site at the mosque.
Unattended On-Site Clause: Due to varying operational schedules, mosque personnel, caretakers, or committee members may not always be present or available at the time of our arrival.
In cases where the mosque is empty or unattended, our team will proceed to assemble the items cleanly, set them up in the dedicated prayer space, and leave an official delivery note for the mosque management.
Absolute Proof: The comprehensive delivery and installation video recorded on-site by our crew serves as the final, indisputable proof of fulfillment to the Customer that the waqf has been successfully executed.
While we strictly adhere to our maximum 21-working-day delivery timeline, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances completely beyond our control (e.g., severe weather/floods, hazardous logistical blockades, or sudden material supply shortages from manufacturers).
Our Resolution Protocol: In the rare event of a delay due to unforeseen factors, NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING will contact the Customer immediately to transparently communicate the situation.
Customer Decision Rights: The Customer will be given full autonomy to choose how they wish to proceed. You may either:
Agree to an extended delivery window based on the current situation, or
Opt for an immediate, hassle-free full 100% refund processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to your original payment method (the actual amount received in GBP or your local currency will depend on your bank’s currency conversion rate at the time of refund).
Once the items are fully set up and our media proof is dispatched to the Customer, the physical custody, maintenance, and ultimate ownership of the items are legally transferred over to the respective mosque administration for the benefit and safety of the local congregation.
