REFUND POLICY

At NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING, we are dedicated to providing a transparent, reliable, and smooth experience for all customers participating in our Buy & Waqf program. Because our program involves custom production, logistics, and delivery directly to mosques across Malaysia, our refund operations are governed by the strict, clear conditions outlined below.
1. Scope of the Policy
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made under the Buy & Waqf program on this website. All transactions, processing, and refunds are managed strictly by NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING and are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any conversion to Pound Sterling (GBP) or other currencies is handled directly by the cardholder’s bank at the time of transaction or refund.
2. The 21-Working-Day Fulfillment Guarantee & Full Refund Condition
Maximum Fulfillment Timeline: NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING commits to a maximum timeline of 21 working days to fully manufacture, transport, and install your purchased set at our selected priority mosque. (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Malaysia).
Eligibility for a Full Refund: Subject to the conditions in Section 3, a Customer is entitled to request a full 100% refund if we fail to deliver and install the purchased sets at the allocated mosque within the stipulated 21 working days from the date of payment confirmation.
Initiating a Request: If your order exceeds this 21-working-day window without fulfillment proof being sent to you, please contact us through our official channels to initiate a manual refund review.
3. Exception for Unforeseen Delays and Force Majeure
Operational Exception: The 21-working-day refund guarantee specified in Section 2 shall be temporarily suspended in the event of circumstances completely beyond the control of NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (e.g., severe flooding), hazardous logistical blockades, national emergencies, or sudden material supply shortages from manufacturers.
Transparency & Choice: In such an event, our team will immediately contact the affected Customer to explain the delay. To ensure absolute fairness, the Customer will maintain the right to either:
Agree to an extended delivery window based on the situational recovery timeline; or
Opt out of the program and request an immediate, hassle-free full 100% refund in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), which will be credited back to the original payment method (the final amount received in GBP or local currency will depend on your bank’s current exchange rate)
By offering this choice, automatic penalties or breach of service clauses due to unexpected events are avoided.
4. Strict Non-Refundable Situations
Except for a failure to deliver within the standard window (or via the choice granted under Force Majeure), all sales and transactions under the Buy & Waqf program are strictly final and non-refundable. Refunds, order modifications, or cancellations cannot be granted under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: We cannot issue refunds if you change your mind after the payment has been cleared, as the procurement and customization process begins immediately.
Typographical Errors by the Customer: For packages that include a Personalized Chair Rack Sign, we engrave or print the plaques exactly as submitted by the buyer during checkout. NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING is not responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements for incorrect names, spellings, or information provided by the customer.
Mosque Allocation Disagreements: The final placement and allocation of the destination mosque are determined solely by our team based on urgent institutional needs. Refunds will not be entertained based on a customer’s preference or disagreement with our prioritized mosque selection.
5. Manufacturing Damages & On-Site Replacement Guarantee
Our Coverage: We assume full logistical and physical liability for your items during the delivery and installation phase. Any damage or defects that occur to the products before they are officially handed over to the mosque will be fully covered and absorbed by us.
Resolution: In the event of damage during transit or setup, our crew will immediately replace the defective items with brand-new alternatives on the spot at no extra cost to you. Because we completely replace damaged items to fulfill the waqf, financial refunds will not be issued for transit damages.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
Once a refund request under Section 2 or Section 3 is verified and approved by our finance team, the money will be sent back in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the original credit card, debit card, or payment gateway account used at checkout.
Please note that while we return 100% of the original purchase amount in MYR, NSEVEN DIGITAL MARKETING is not responsible for any international transaction fees, processing times, or currency conversion fluctuations imposed by your issuing bank or credit card company when converting the funds back to Pound Sterling (GBP) or your local currency.
